Horseshoe Lake Farm
Horseshoe Lake Farm is the home of Horseshoe Lake Saddle Club, The Cowboy Church, and The Bicycle Bunkhouse. We have member-only clubs for both equestrians and cyclists. Club members participate in Monthly Rides, Events, Shows, Activities, and Challenges, including our "Extreme Cowboy Competitions". Members have free access to our six-mile riding trail and 4.5 mile path to the Edisto at your leisure. Additionally, you may swim in our lake or engage in catch & release fishing (from the shoreline around the arena/clubhouse area) free-of-charge once you become a member. If you'd like to keep what you catch, the cost is only $10 per day per person. Currently we are only harvesting crappie and bass under 14" from our lake. Members may also use our boats, canoes, & kayak free-of-charge (a $10 refundable deposit is required to insure the boat is returned to it's starting point and returned trash/debri/litter free). You must bring your own paddles and life-jackets. Additional amenities available to riding club members include Tent or RV camping or Lakefront Cabin Rentals right here at Horseshoe Lake Farm at a VERY low cost. Our riding trail offers a fun, rugged mountain biking opportunity... or road cyclists camping on-site or staying in The Bicycle Bunkhouse can pick up cue sheets for scenic rides on quiet, country roads. We also offer Weekend Ride Retreats. There's literally something for every member of your family at Horseshoe Lake Farm! Membership fees are $35 per year for an individual and $50 per year per family (immediate family members only... husband/wife and children). Horseshoe Lake Farm is a private, family-owned farm in Cottageville, South Carolina. We work hard to maintain a quiet, peaceful, serene, relaxing atmosphere in which you can feel safe and secure bringing your children and grandchildren. We don't allow no smokin', drinkin', cussin', or fussin' 'round here (you can check out the specifics at Rules & Regulations).
