Registration and Reservations


Read all of the below information carefully before calling to reserve:

Remember, YOU MUST BE A MEMBER in order to register:

Membership Fees are: $35 per year per Individual or $50 per Family.

To REGISTER, call 843.835.2418 and let us know which cabin, which dates you would like.

Your reservation will not be held until payment in full has been made (including membership fees).

You may come by and pay your balance in full by cash to hold your reservation.  If reservations are made at least two weeks in advance we will accept a check, but there will be a $45 charge for checks returned as non-negotiable for any reason.

WE DO NOT accept credit cards nor do we accept checks once you have arrived or any later than two weeks in advance.  All payments must have sufficient time to clear the bank before your arrival at our farm.  We accept cash only at check-in.  No exceptions.

Registration, membership, event, and activity fees are non-refundable (as are rents).

IMPORTANT! The Rules and Regulations of Horseshoe Lake Farm are strictly enforced.  A violation of any of the rules and regulations could lead to immediate expulsion from the farm and/or the Horseshoe Lake Saddle Club without refund or remedy.  You are responsible to make sure your family and guests know, understand, and abide by all Rule and Regulations listed.
